Excellent service. I had a dental issue after business hours. Called that night and they called me back the next morning. They were able to get me in that afternoon to check what eas happening. I have one mire appointment to finish the work. Thank you, for your quick response!

Precision Dental staff was efficient, friendly, and professional. While on vacation in the Mesa/Gilbert, AZ area I broke a tooth. They were able to get me in for an emergency exam and then they had time available a couple of days later to get me in to do the necessary dental work. All within the time frame of our visit!! Dr.Goates is super kind as is the rest of the staff.

Recently moved nearby Precision Dental and just had my first visit. The whole experience was wonderful. They were punctual calling me back a few minutes before my appointment time and every interaction was pleasant. They did an excellent and thorough job examining and cleaning my teeth, were very friendly and did not try to upsell any services. Highly recommend and look forward to going to them for many years to come.

So far great experience with Dr. Goates and his awesome dental asst. KATIE!!! They have both done a great job so far and I look forward to my future visits :-) 2 broken crowns removed and waiting on my 2 permanent replacement crowns..... 02/27/26.... I am 2 days after perm crown install and back for a cleaning today with Sweet Sweet LEAH, she was AMAZING so gentle on my gums during my cleaning she ROCKS...1ST time I've ever had a cleaning that didn't hurt!!! I think she deserves a huge raise boss DOC, who is also brilliant by the way... Absolutely everyone here I have had the pleasure of encountering are way way cool HEATHER & MAGGIE, they're all ninjas in my eyes 👀

I had a great experience. It’s never fun going to the dentist but the staff is always so nice and pleasant. Dr Van Dike is so sweet and kind. She has the best personality. She really puts you at ease. Thank you for always being so gentle and caring. It certainly doesn’t go unnoticed. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

I have been going to Precision Dental for all the years I've lived in Arizona and I have always had a wonderful experience. Dr. Goates is so kind and personable and cares about patient comfort. The dental technicians are always sweet and caring, as well. I do not like dental work of any kind, but I always feel comfortable at Precision Dental.

I've gone here for 20 years. I've moved away and back. They've remained amazing everytime and I have 'dentistphobia'. Everytime I leave I ask myself, why did I stress myself out so bad, they were amazing. All of my children grew up going here and they now they are adults with great dental hygiene and don't fear the dentist. That's a great lasting impression. Staff and Doctor Goats are wonderful. This is an honest review not a paid or fake one. It can take awhile for an appointment but worth the wait.
